Simple Ways to Cure Dysania
If you feel exhausted when you wake up, it may just be a temporary situation. A little more rest, drinking proper amounts of fluids, and regular exercise will generally do the trick. If you suffer from extreme difficulty or anxiety on a regular basis, such as with Dysania, you may need to take extra care to:
- Tell your doctor about your feelings and difficulty waking up
- Adjust your bedtime to allow for more time to wake up in the morning
- Consider changing your sleep environment — your bedroom, lighting, background noise, and room temperature
